Errata for Edition 3 of Lean Six Sigma and Minitab (ISBN 978-09546813-6-4)

Here is list of errata for Edition 3.

Page 49: Reference to Contextual Data on right hand side should reference page 55 (not 52).

Page 94: Reference to Seven Wastes should reference page 100 (not 95).

Pages 198 and 207: The blue vertical line on the DOE Pareto diagrams should NOT overlay the AB term (i.e. it should pass behind all three terms, A, B and AB – they are ALL significant).

All these errors have been fixed in copies of Edition 3 that are despatched after the 1st June 2011.
